The ultimate breakfast pancake


If you want an amazing low-carb breakfast (or dessert, or dinner, or lunch...) this is it. Use whichever toppings you want!


Pancake:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of philadelphia
Cinnamon

Toppings:
I usually fry up some bits of apple in a dry pan with some cinnamon, and top everything with bluberries and honey. Oh-so-good!
