Pad Thai

I made a vegetarian pad thai the other day, and it turned out really good! I didn't miss the traditional addition of meat/shrimps and noodles at all (but of course, feel free to add those if you like)! This can be made either warm or cold. If using sauce I prefer to heat it, but otherwise this is a great salad! Choose the amount of each ingridient as you like. 

Red cabbage
Spring onions
Bean sprouts
Chili
Zucchini (sliced)
Carrot (sliced)

Toppings: 
Coriander
Cashew nuts

I did not find tamarind anywhere, so I'll leave out the sauce recipe for you to find elsewhere.
